Biography

Julia is a cultural worker, project manager, content creator, and moderator — but above all, she’s a film lover. She began her journey in 2014 by organizing a tiny film festival in a small theatre in Spain. More than a decade later, she has collaborated with numerous festivals, including the Berlinale. She finds the greatest joy in supporting artists and helping them bring their visions to life — though her true passion lies on stage, asking filmmakers the fun and unexpected questions that spark the best conversations.
