The Refusers

At a street corner in the city, a pile of discarded trash gathers around two garbage containers. An old mattress sadly begins to tell its story. Gradually, other pieces of trash join in, sharing the reasons why they were thrown away. Suddenly, a newspaper is caught by the wind and seems to dance in the glow of a streetlamp. This image inspires the waste to see themselves in a new, positive light. From their enthusiasm, a spectacular show of song and dance unfolds.
