Kirschknochen

The film follows a family which comes to Germany as so-called „Jewish contingent refugees“ from the former Soviet Union in the mid-1990s. A personal story from the filmmaker‘s perspective, the director enters into a dialogue with her parents and offers an insight into far more than a specific immigration and family history.
