Summer Vibes: Our FAB Open Air

Summer is here – and with it, a vibrant selection of short international animated films. Look forward to our open-air screening on August 26 at Freiluftkino Insel @ Atelier Gardens. From fantasy, comedy, and horror to surreal dramas and imaginative storytelling, this programme brings together seven unique films from the current competition lineup. Expect delightful unease with the story of an insomniac man who discovers a strange community within his own apartment building… Alongside that: a playful reinterpretation of Bluebeard, poetic memories of and beneath the sea, and yes – the unlikely friendship between a lonely sauerkraut and a hungry duck. In between, the films will also take you on a surreal journey through the human brain and an escape into outer space.
