For the seventh time, FAB 2023 brought national and international players from the animated film industry to Berlin. Following the extremely positive feedback on networking and business activities at previous editions of the festival, we gave them their well-deserved place in the first “Berlin Animation Hub” in the festival’s history. At FAB 2025, the Berlin Animation Hub will once again host a wide range of events that appeal to both commissioners and contractors as well as industry professionals and newcomers. The program includes masterclasses, workshops, pitching sessions, talks and panels as well as networking events. Our vision with this step is to specifically strengthen Berlin as a production location for animation productions and to become an exchange platform for international co-productions.
